Emma Leith has delved into memories of humbugs and bogstoppers to make a wreath with candy-striped spirals.

The sample item is made with West Yorkshire Spinners Signature 4ply, 1 ball each in:

• Sunflower (1001)
• Chocolate Lime (0395)
• Tumeric (0358)
• Blueberry Bonbon (0365)
• Poppy Seed (600)

You will also need a 17cm diameter polystyrene wreath.
