From Battle of the Stitches Round 2 using the “triangle stitch”
Our theme was “Fun in the Sun”

When I think Fun in the Sun I think picnic at the park!!

This design was a lot of fun!! I have an older picnic basket that is falling apart that has a spot to hold the plates and silverware!! I wanted to create something that would do the same!!

The lid converts to a plate holder, so they do not blow away, OR use it as a chip bowl!!

The basket measures 7 inches across the bottom and is 10 1/2 inches tall!! (Instructions included for making it different sizes!!)

I was able to fit a bottle of lemonade, 4 cups, sandwiches, bowl of guacamole, fruit snacks, and plates and silverware inside my basket!!
