Three little party hats for your party drinks. Make them for Birthday Parties. Or, make silver or gold ones for a New Years Eve Party. Try baby colors for a Baby Shower. They are fun, easy and quick.

I just used whatever fixation I had leftover in my stash. Each party hat has a different edging and different body. I enjoyed picking the bright colors and decorating with a pom pom. You could even add a little elastic hanging down just like a real party hat.
