Construction
This piece is worked from the top-down. First, the back shoulders are worked separately and are then joined together. You will then continue to work the back section, which is shaped with increases at the armholes. Next, you will work and shape the two front panels by picking up stitches along the shoulders. Once you reach the armholes, you will join the back and front sections together to work the body in one piece. You will then create the double knitted button bands, before working the neck trim in 2x2 ribbing by picking up stitches. Finish by picking up stitches along the armholes to work each sleeve trim in 2x2 ribbing in the round.

Pattern includes instructions for both solid and striped versions. For striped version, you may use as many/few colours as you like.

Any sport weight yarn can be used as long as you match gauge. A good alternative would be to hold 3 strands of lace weight yarn together.

• 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles for ribbing, button bands, neck trim, and sleeve trims {Cable lengths: 40-60 cm and 80-120 cm (16-24” and 32-47”)}

Gauge
15.5 sts x 22 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm (4” x 4”) in stockinette stitch on 5 mm (US 8) needles, after blocking.
