Outlander Inspired Lace Cowl/Hoodie
This cowl/hoodie is simple, but not mindless knitting. I would gauge the skill level to be experience beginner to intermediate. Once you catch on to the pattern, it goes pretty quick. I love the stich as it has a lot of texture and stylish points. I love scarves that is hassle free to wear and this is a definite hassle free scarf. You can use any worsted weight yarn and gauge is not really important. With the lacey pattern/stitch, I would suggest a solid vs. variegated, but gradient may be great too.
