Origami Sweater X Loom
This gives sizing from infant to toddler depending on the x loom that you have. If you have the 120 peg 3/8” gauge x loom you can make an infant size. If you have the 160 peg 3/8” gauge x loom you can make a toddler size. If you have the larger gauge like the 128 peg 1/2” gauge x loom you will do the toddler sizing. 96 peg 1/2” gauge will do the infant. You can vary the size even more when you do your edging. You can do 8, 10, 14, 16, 18, and 20 pegs to create an edge and adjust the sizing. This adds to the circumference of the sweater. There is video tutorial for the basic techniques for the x looms. There is also video for all the edges and double sleeve. No video tutorial for the skirt but photo showing the change up. I used one skein of the mandala but honestly you will want to get a second just to be safe, I had to push it to make that one skein finish the larger sweater project. It takes loads less when you are doing the infant sizing. I didn’t even use half a skein of simple baby yarn. This is an intermediate level pattern and has wedge increasing and decreasing. It also has a lot of the same techniques as the 10 stitch blankets. If you have questions always feel free to ask.
