Orange Roughy is knitted in a few pieces and sewn together. Gauge is not important here. I used worsted weight yarn and size 3 needles to make a tight and dense fabric, but if you would like to use thicker or thinner yarn, just size up or down your needles accordingly. You will need to be able to knit in the round to make orange roughy, as well as do simple increases and decreases.
