Note: Right now I’m using the shop’s print copy of the pattern to provide PDF downloads; it recommends two cones of silk stainless split over three toilet paper rolls. You can definitely do this, but I’ve heard from some knitters that splitting the cones can be a pain. If you have concerns about re-winding the silk stainless, I’d go ahead and buy three in a color you like and re-use the leftovers for a different project. Knitter’s choice! These notes will be added to the pattern when I issue an update in my own layout, but wanted to provide them here for reference.
