Scallops are adding on rnds 41 to 95. Working each wedge separately working back and forth in rows. Picots only in single round of edging.

First 3 rounds = 2 3/4 inches in diameter

Challenging.

The first 95 rounds of this pattern are the same as Butterfly, in issue MC #87, by Glendola Hodges, then the flower scallops are added to each side.
