On Point Mittens
The name for these designs comes from the quilting tradition of turning blocks “on point”, as the motif reminded me of a quilt block!
This pattern is suitable for the knitter with experience reading a chart and stranded colorwork.
Finished mitten measures 7.5’’ circumference and 10’’ from edge to tip.
I used one skein each of Cascade BFL (262 yards/100grams) in colors 22 and 5. You will have enough yarn left over to make the matching On Point Hat.
