CONSTRUCTION: A drop saddle shoulder worked from the top down. Saddles are knit first, with the back then picked up and worked to the armholes. Fronts are picked up separately, with the neckline shaped before joining. Back and front are joined at the underarms and worked in the round to the hem. Sleeves and collar are picked up and worked in the round to finish; sleeves are gently tapered with a final decrease worked before the cuff for a slight puff.
