First published in September 2019, the revised Odetta Shawl pattern is written for two yarn weight options, Aran or DK.

Staggered lines of slipped stitches travel out from the center against a reverse stockinette stitch background, culminating in a slip-stitch lace pattern and ribbed border. Shawl shaping is worked from the top down, center out, with increases at each edge and center spine. Charts and written instructions are included.

Shawls pictured are worked in Peace Fleece Worsted in color Baku Black, Peace Fleece DK in Lily Pad, and Harrisville Designs Nightshades in 12:57.
