• Child’s: 5 oz MC, small amount CC
• Adult’s: 6 oz MC, 2 oz CC
• Sizes H/8 (child) and J/10 (adult) crochet hooks
• Yarn needle
• 5-inch square cardboard (for making tassel)

Gauge:
Working brim with larger hook, 7 single crochet = 2 inches; 3 single crochet rows = 1 inch.
Working brim with smaller hook, 9 single crochet = 2 inches; 4 single crochet rows = 1 inch.
