Normandy Sweater
Normandy Sweater is a striped sweater worked in a classic raglan structure with broken rib details. The design has a slightly shorter fit, which can be adjusted to suit your preference.
First, the neck edge is worked in broken rib to provide a crisp
transition between stripes, then folded over. Short rows are then used to create shape to the neck as part of the yoke. The sweater is divided for body and sleeves at the underarms, and new stitches are cast on. The body and sleeves are finished separately and worked in the round, and the edges are bound off using the Italian Bind-off technique.
