NoBo Jacket
-Finished Size 16 1/2 (18 1/4, 20, 22, 23 1/2)“ back width at bust. Jacket shown measures 16 1/2”.
-Yarn Berroco Vintage Chunky (50% acrylic, 40% wool, 10% nylon; 130 yd 119 m/3 1/2 oz 100 g): #6121 sunny, 7 (8, 9, 9, 10) skeins.
-Needles Body and sleeves—size 9 (5.5 mm). I-cord edgings—size 9 (5.5 mm): 2 doublepointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
-Notions Removable markers (m); stitch holder; cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.
-Gauge 19 sts and 22 rows = 4” in charted back patt.
Closely set cables curve along the fronts of the cropped NoBo Jacket. The back is worked first; fronts are picked up from the side seams and worked perpendicularly, turning upward with the aid of short-rows.
