The Ning Beanie is a five-panel cabled beanie that is great for everyday wear. I love how it’s simple, but not boring to knit. It’s great for people who love the look of cables, but don’t necessarily like working them (you only have to work it 15 times TOTAL).

The Ning Beanie is worked top-down, in the round; which allows you to try the hat on as you go, making adjustments if need be. Casting on at the crown, increases are made to shape the crown. Cables are worked down the hat body along with panels of stockinette. The beanie is finished with a 2x2 rib folded brim.
