About the Pattern:
Nine Blossoms begins with a solid garter-stitch triangle. The next section is knitted in waves of garter-stitch stripes, with occasional eyelet rows. These stripes allow all of the colors in a variegated or gradient yarn to peek through. As you knit, i-cords are worked along both edges for tidy color changes.
Should you wish to customize the size of your shawl or substitute a different weight yarn, instructions for adjusting the size of the body are included.
The shawl finishes with a border of lace blossoms that create gentle waves along the edge. Warning: if you enjoy lace knitting, watching the blossoms grow beneath your fingertips is addictive!
Instructions are fully written. There are two optional charts, plus a photo tutorial for the bobble in the center of each blossom.
