Finished bust circumference: 81 (91, 102, 112, 122) cm / 32 (36, 40, 44, 48)“ – to be worn with 0-5 cm / 0-2” positive ease
Model has 86 cm / 34” bust, stands 165 cm / 5’5” tall and is wearing a size 2.
Yarn: Quince & Co. Lark (worsted weight; 100% wool; 123 m / 134 yds per 50 g skein)
Shade: Slate (143); 9 (10, 12, 14, 15) skeins
Gauge: 20 sts & 28 rows = 10 cm / 4” over stocking stitch on 4.5 mm needles after blocking.
Needles: 4.5 mm / US 7 knitting needles,
3.75 mm / US 5 knitting needles AND circular needle,
40 cm / 16” length.
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
Notions: 4 stitch markers, 2 locking stitch markers,
cable needle
Notes: Nightingale is knit from the bottom up in pieces and sewn. Sleeves are gathered and set in to armholes with extended shoulders. Neck is finished with a picot hem.
