Knit in cosy aran weight yarn, this quick-to-make hat features a moon phase pattern, originally seen in the Equipoise shawl, now reimagined in stranded colourwork. NEEDLES
US 7 / 4.5 mm 16² / 40 cm circular needles and dpns for the crown decreases, or preferred needles for small circumference knitting.

GAUGE
19 sts x 22 rows = 4² / 10 cm in stockinette stitch in colourwork, after blocking.
