Neustadt Hat
The name of this hat is a nod to my mom’s and Karin’s childhoods. Both of them spent at least one 
Christmas in a German town named Neustadt but different ones.
Dimensions: 
Circumference (at bottom brim relaxed) – 18” (46 cm) 
Height 10” (25 cm) 
Gauge and needles: 
1 repeat in cable pattern = 4” (10 cm) by 8 ½” (22 cm) on US 
4 (3.5 mm) 
US 1 (2.25mm) for ribbing
