Errata: I am knitting these socks again and just noticed a slight error. Until I can fix the PDF file, here is the correction to the edging pattern:

For rounds 5, 7, 9 & 11: Repeat between *’s around, not just 4 times. I am using 72 stitches for my sock, so I am repeating the lace pattern 9 times. For most people, using 64 stitches, this will be 8 times.

Mystery Sock KAL for the members of the Sock Knitter’s Anonymous group. The monthly challenge is to use self striping yarn, so that is what the design is intended for, but you may use any yarn you wish. It would also work well as a striped leftovers sock.

Yarn used:
Any self striping light fingering weight sock yarn
Any solid color light fingering weight sock yarn

Clues have all been released.

I had to design this sock, write the pattern up and knit the toe cap in less than 6 hours, so that’s why they are named Nick of Time socks, aka the Neatby Socks because I learned a LOT from Lucy Neatby.
