This is a quick-and-dirty summer version of The Naughty Bohemian Little Black Skirt. It took only two balls of Lion Brand Cotton Ease for size small!
Because Cotton-Ease knits up at a lightly larger gauge, choose a size down from what you would normally pick. I used the instructions for the 26-incher for my 29”-30” waist.
