Mystery Shawl CAL - Shawl 2 - Perranporth
Perranporth is one of our favourite places to visit, it has a lovely beach, long and flat. This shawl has reminders of the incoming tide, as it ripples over the long shallow beach.
The Perranporth Shawl is a right angled triangle shaped shawl, worked from point to shortest side, in alternating rows of double and treble crochets. There is one increase in every row, on the same edge. It changes colour with a fade effect, working some rows the same way as previous rows, so that as you change colours there is a minimum of ends to sew in!
It is an easy shawl, and has a lovely rhythm, and is quite large when blocked. There is a photo tutorial in the patterns pecifically for colour changes, and a video will be uploaded and links sent to you.
