My 1st Baby Socks
A quick and easy baby gift, these socks work up in less than an hour per sock. As long as you have a stitch marker and a bit of dk weight yarn, you are good to go. If you’re looking for a keepsake soft enough to compliment baby feet, go for the Biscotte DK pure.
The additional benefit of this pattern is it includes 2 special stitches: The linked double crochet and the YO slip stitch. Both are nice and easy and you can practice them in a very low key, no worries, it’s just a freaking sock so who cares if you need to fiddle with it a bit sort of way.
Project pictures for these are totally encouraged because I love looking at itty bitty things. Bonus if you snap a picture on cute little baby feet. And if the baby has chubby little thighs? I’ll die.
