This is an easier pattern than it looks. I would say almost beginner level.
In the video I use an x loom but offer simple instructions to be able to do on a round loom. Also in the pattern I offer a formula to use any loom you want for this hat.
Consider this hat design like a guideline and have some fun with the technique after you get the idea of how it works.
If you made a hat before it is all the equipment you need.
You will use 3 skein colors. Your brims could probably be done with scrap yarn practically if you have a lot of a worsted weight color.
In the pattern I use 60 pegs in a 1/2” gauge with worsted weight yarn.
