With a 3.0mm needle, the pattern calls for 500 g of MEZ Argento for a final size of 160 cm in diameter. A 2.5mm needles will use 400 g of MEZ Argento for a final size of 140 cm in diameter.

This pattern uses 14 C as its center and then adds a wide border of feather-and-fan. 14 B is similar except that the feather-and-fan border is not as deep.
