This pattern is available for free.

This Blanket is worked in 12 separate Squares that are
seamed using mattress stitch. Each Square is worked
modularly from the center out. To change colors in the Stripes
Pattern, do not break yarn. Carry unused color loosely up the
side. When alternating colors, work the final pull-through of
the stitch of a row in the new color.
