The MO Mohair sweater is knitted top-down in Stockinette stitch with raglan construction, using M1R and M1L increases. The body is shaped with decreases to create a tapered silhouette. The front and back of the hem are worked separately in rows to create small side slits. Rib stitch is used for the hem to complete the design. The sleeves are shaped with decreases as well, but remain wide with a balloon-like silhouette. Rib stitch is used for the cuffs. The neck is high and oversized, worked in rib stitch after the main body is completed. The neckline is comfortable and serves as the main highlight of the design. This hip-length sweater is very elegant and cozy to wear.
