Mindfulness is a crescent shaped shawl knit with an eyelet body section prefect for meditative knitting. The next section is made up of a lotus leaf lace stitch motif which requires concentration and focusing on the present. The edge is worked with an i-cord bind off which makes for a smooth rounded edge.
