Love lacy tops? Here’s a unique garment that can be worn year round! Though perfect for those warmer months with a cami or bathing suit under, this top can be worn with a tight-fitting long sleeve as well. Pattern includes instructions for a three quarters sleeve pullover and a short sleeve pullover. Also included in the directions is how to make an elastic waist band perfect for a hip hugging garment that won’t stretch out over time!
