This is a very easy pattern, with a 1 row repeat.
Simply work 2 rectangles similar to scarves,
then join at the sides.
Crochet a chain cord
(or 2 depending on which style you choose for the top), pass it through a row of stitches, and tie at the back of the neck,
(or at the shoulders if you choose that style). I used Red Heart Soft yarn.
