Deborah Newton brings a wealth of texture and color to our Fall 2024 collection, each piece with its own carefully thought out details. They all reward close examination - dive in to see for yourself!

On-trend colorblocking meets thick cable texture: it’s a Maxima dream come true! Our plush single-ply non-superwash merino yarn keeps the focus on the texture, whether cables, garter, or ribbing. Choose close tones or high contrast - Maxima has a combination for everyone.

GAUGE
22 sts and 28 rows = 4”/10 cm in pattern from Cable chart using larger needles.
19 and 30 rnds = 4”/10 cm in Garter Rib pattern for sleeves using larger needles.

NOTES
The back and front are worked in rows, and seamed at the sides and shoulders. Stitches for each sleeve are picked up around the armhole opening and worked in the round from the top down.

During shaping, if there are not enough stitches to work a complete 3- or 4-stitch cable crossing, work the stitches of the partial cable as they appear (knit the knits and purl the purls).
