Melting Pot Tank
A simple striped tank takes a turn at the waist through the effective use of short rows to shape an asymmetrical hip. Worked from the bottom in the round, stripes melt on one side then merge to continue evenly up the bodice to the neckline. Take care to plan which end of the striping yarn to start with, so colors blend and coexist in harmony.
When switching colors in a self striping yarn, I normally recommend joining at a point where both skeins are at same point in the stripe. I do not recommend that with the colors used in the sample, because it meant there was a long portion when the MC and CC were very similar and it obscured the stripe.
