Meg’s Market Bag
I designed this bag ( in US and Uk crochet terms ) to take to farmers’ markets as it is roomy and stretches to fit lots of fresh produce . It is also stylish enough to use when you go out for a coffee . It is crocheted in one piece and the strap is the only small seam . Imagine my surprise to find it’s the same bag as a smaller version my grandmother made me . Lily Sugar ‘n Cream Super Size is the perfect yarn as it takes just less than the 113 g ball . Ecru is the perfect colour for this new design . It’s my fourth style of market bag - also known as a reuse tote .
