Meadowheart — where softness meets soul.
Let your stitches wander through open fields with Meadowheart, a crescent-shaped shawl that captures the quiet romance of the prairie. Knit in fingering weight yarn, its graceful curve is shaped by gentle short rows, while a lace-edged border blooms like wildflowers in the wind.

Whether wrapped around your shoulders on a golden evening or layered for a morning walk through tall grass, Meadowheart is a tender embrace — light, lyrical, and full of heart. A project to savor, a piece to cherish.

This shawl is constructed by knitting a lace strip first and picking up on the edge to make the body of the shawl. The short rows are made with decreases instead of wrap and turns which, for most, is an easier short-row technique. The top edge is bound off using the I-Cord Bind-Off.
