Harrisville’s Silk/Wool blend makes for a great transitional layer, and I adore a good hike. I took inspiration from both, and came up with a sweater that’s durable enough for a good long trek through the woods and nice enough to wear to dinner afterward.

This Henley pullover is worked in pieces from the bottom up and seamed, with set-in sleeves. The back of the sweater includes a small amount of waist shaping, which is flattering without being too figure-conscious; the front is worked in a diagonal texture pattern without waist shaping. Long sleeves and a henley neckline keep this sweater appropriate for many seasons.
