Hook size: 5mm (H)
Yarn: Worsted weight (4) in solid bright, paints, variegated or ombre.
Hobby Lobby’s Yarn Bee soft secret neons (similar to Caron simply soft) for the monster hats. Red heart paints for the others.
Soft secret yarn will run toward the small side, I suggest using a slightly larger hook or more increase rounds to get the right
measurements if needed.
