Marquise
Rating: Intermediate/ not suitable for beginners or those with no experience using JAYG
The design:
The Marquise motif is a modern twist on a vintage lace stitch and, worked in a true diamond tile from the centre out. The motifs are joined using a join as you go (JAYG) method. It features 3 different edging tile options to complete square and rectangle projects. Marquise motif is an intermediate level pattern that requires focus, concentration and counting.
I have also included a bonus border- please note the border is untested and is designed for use on a motif layout consisting of one central diamond motif surrounded by four corner motifs only.
