In an old house in Paris all covered with vines.

These mitts are a variation of the Madeline socks. Like the socks, they feature an all over swirling leaf and vine pattern with no jog.

The mitts are worked from the fingertips back towards the wrist.

Hand length is customizable but must be chosen when starting the colorwork as the thumb gusset decreases can only be worked in one spot. The arm/cuff can be worked to the desired length. For longer arms/cuffs, adjust needle size as necessary to fit the wearer’s arm.

Actual yarn usage will vary based on size and float management. Please refer to the Yarn Usage photo for estimates for each size.

Thumb can be worked in MC only.

Each size has a separate set of charts for the Hand, Palm, and Arm. The Arm chart is further split into two separate pages.

Print friendly charts for sizes Medium, Large, and X Large are in a separate pdf.
