This book provides 20 beautiful, stylish designs for crocheted purses - some of them are small bags for storing loose change, make-up etc. in your handbag; others are big enough to use by themselves. There are a variety of sizes and styles, with different types of fastening, all worked in various colours, yarns and crochet stitches with added embellishments such as buttons and beads. Some of the purses have attractive fabric linings and others include pretty embroidered motifs. All of the materials used will be widely available both here and in the US.

4 x colours of Rowan Kidsilk Haze or any 2ply yarn
2 x pieces of lining fabric 4in (10cm) in diameter
4mm (US G/6) crochet hook
