I’ve always found the reverse side of the knit stitch to be intriguing. Combining knits and purls together explores the possibilities within what we consider the right side and the wrong side.
A diamond window pane refers to a pane of glass shaped like a diamond, also known as a lozen and is a characteristic feature of Tudor-style and cottage-style architecture, as well as Gothic architecture, where they were traditionally held together by lead strips.

  • MAIN BODY: US Size 7 (4.5mm) 32” / 80 cm (or longer) circular needle to work the body width or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge
20 sts, 27 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch on MAIN BODY needle after blocking.
22 sts, 30 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in 1x1 Rib on RIBBING needle, moderately stretched.
Adjust needle size if necessary, to obtain the correct gauge.
