Lowell Wrap was designed for Speckled Finch Studios’ 2021 Hanukkah mini skeins set which includes a full main color skein. The colors in the sample are NOT the colors in the set so the color surprise is still intact.

Lowell Wrap is worked with garter, stockinette and elongated crossed stitches. The shaping creates a subtle bias shape which helps the wearability of this wrap. Each finished edge is an integrated i-cord and wraps yarn carried up the edge.

Extra yardage is included in the yarn yardage requirement. Gauge is not critical for this pattern, however, a different gauge will affect the size of your wrap and the amount of yarn used.

This wrap is designed to use one full skein and eight mini skeins of fingering weight yarn with a minimum yardage of 90 yards/82 meters per mini skein. You can also use leftover yarn in place of the mini skeins.

Yarns used in sample: Speckled Finch Studios Hearty Sock (463 yds/423 m, 75% SW merino/25% nylon) and Hearty Sock Mini Skein Set (736 yds/672 m total, 92 yds/84 m per mini skein, 75% SW merino/25% nylon); colors: Fawn (1 skein); Bridgerton Collection (1 mini skein set)
US size 5/3.75 mm minimum 24”/60 cm or longer circular needle for working flat, or size needed to obtain gauge
