Knit these Love Hearts as decorations, keyring charms, jewellery, or even knitted confetti. This pattern includes three sizes of heart: small, medium and large. These little love hearts make are quick to knit, and only use small amounts of yarn so are super projects for using up any yarn leftovers to avoid waste.

Each heart is made from one piece which is seamed up the back. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the hearts are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Paintbox Yarns Simply DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes per heart in a pink shade.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, a little toy filling, and a stitch holder.

SIZES
Large 8.5cm, Medium 5cm and Small 2.5cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
