Louise
Delicate shells and fuzzy mohair combine to make a dainty yet cozy hat. You can alternate the colors of alpaca for each round of shells to make sweet stripes, or use a single shade for a stylish wardrobe staple. The pattern is simple and easy to memorize so you’ll be finished before you know it!
Yarn
Isager Alpaca 2 (50% merino wool, 50% alpaca; 270 yd/50 gm): 1 skein of each desired color. We used E4S and Rose 61 for the multi-color hat, and Rust 33 for the solid color hat.
And
Ito Sensai (60% mohair, 40% silk; 262 yd/ 20 gm): one ball. We used Silver for the multi-colored hat and Coke for the solid color hat.
A strand of each yarn is held together throughout hat.
