Longan is a circular yoke pullover worked seamlessly from the top down. The loose fit and stranded colorwork motif at the yoke make it an easy and flattering garment to wear.

This pullover is recommended to be worn with fitted sleeves and 10 to 20 cm 4 to 8″ of positive ease at the bust.

Yarn
Approx (1170, 1300) 1430, 1520 (1610, 1700) m (1280, 1430) 1560, 1660 (1760, 1860) yd of fingering weight yarn for the main color (MC).
Approx (120, 120) 180, 180 (220, 220) m (130, 130) 200, 200 (240, 240) yd of fingering weight yarn for the contrasting color (CC).

Needles
Body and sleeves: 3.5 mm US size 4 60 cm 24″ and 80 cm 32″or magic loop method) circular needles.
Ribbing: 3 mm US size 3 60 cm 24″ and 80 cm 32″or magic loop method) circular needles.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions
Stitch markers; stitch holders or waste yarn; tapestry needle.

GAUGE
26 sts and 34 rows = 10 cm 4″ in St st on larger needle, after blocking.
Note: Should your gauge for the stranded colorwork section be too tight, consider going up a needle size.
