Lofty poncho
Lofty, a poncho knitted with a little lace, easy garter stitches and a wavy welt pattern.
The knit kits are available in my online yarn shop Yarnz2go
This is another pattern that offers two patterns in one, as you first create a rectangle, possibly wearing it as a shawl, then you continue to fold your fabric and create a single seam that turns your fabric into a poncho. Magic~
It can be worn also as a long cowl or doubled up as a cozy cowl keeping your neck warm. You have to love being able to wear your knitting in different ways.
Yarn
C1 - 1 skein of Lofty, 280 yards in 7 portions of varying colors, textures and yarn weights ranging from lace, light fingering to fingering weight.
C2 - 1 skein of Organic cotton, 125 yards/50 grams in a DK weight. Colorful knit kits are available at www.yarnz2go.com**
