Little Matta
This sweet little cardigan is a kids’ version of Matta. The cardigan is worked flat, top-down and, of course, seamlessly. The cardigan has a round yoke, long sleeves, and a cute all-over lace pattern. The back of the neck is shaped taller with short rows.

Yarn
Tukuwool Harmas (100% Kainuugrey wool, 150 m / 50 g), or other sport weight yarn.
2-2-2 (3-3-4) 4-5-5 skeins.
Yardage
250-270-285 (370-490-515) 635-755-820 yrds / 230-245-260 (340-450-470) 580-690-750 m.
Needles
US 3 (3.25 mm) and US 4 (3.5 mm) - 40’’ / 100 cm long circular needle and dpns if you prefer to work the sleeves with them. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the right gauge.
Gauge
20 sts x 25 rows = 4x4’’ / 10x10 cm in lace pattern, worked flat on the bigger needle (after blocking).
Other
4 stitch markers, 6-5-7 (8-9-9) 10-10-11 buttons (0.5’’ / 1 cm diameter), tapestry needle.
