The Little Fusion Blanket is made from a mini version of my popular Fusion Square, worked up in a soft, country-inspired palette reminiscent of a cottage garden in bloom. Muted pinks, gentle greens, faded blues, warm reds, rustic coppers, and calming beiges come together to create a timeless patchwork of colour. Each square is quick and simple to make, worked in just 5 rounds, making it a perfect project for both beginners and seasoned crocheters who enjoy relaxing, rhythmic stitching.

This pattern also includes detailed instructions for my Continuous Join-As-You-Go (CJAYG) method using slip stitches. This technique creates a delicate lattice-like texture between the squares—much like garden paths winding through flowers. Whether you’re using up scraps or carefully choosing your palette, the Little Fusion Blanket offers endless possibilities for building your own colourful crochet garden.

This is a great project for using up a variety of yarn colours. The pattern includes the exact colour way pictured, but you can also customize it to match your home decor.

The pattern includes a printable blank chart so that you can play around with your own colour choices.
