Lingonberry Tam
Lingonberry Tam is a pattern suitable for advanced beginner crocheters, it has an easy pattern repeat and simple shaping. Working with the finer yarn can be a little challenging if you have never done it before.
This uniquely shaped tam with its berry like pattern on the band is fun to wear and just as much fun to make. It can be made with or without the small visor and buttons for two completely different looks.Lingonberry Tam also looks wonderful when using a variegated yarn for the berry section or when making the entire hat using a skein of self striping yarn.
Lingonberry Tam is available to fit head size:
Small (S): 20” 50cm
Medium (M): 22” 55cm
Large (L): 24” 60cm
Length:
All sizes: 8” 20cm
It uses only 250yds/220mts – 350yds/300mts yarn, I used a sample pack of Tirchonaill which is enough yarn to make 1 hat, if you buy 2 sample packs there is enough yarn to make both the Hat and the Tam.
:
Lingonberry Tam will be available in an E-book along with Lingonberry Hat shortly. If you have already purchased Lingonberry Hat then this pattern will be automatically $2.00 off at checkout, which will be the same price as the E-book for the 2 patterns. Also if you use the special code in the Tam pattern then the E-book will be free as you already have both patterns.
This hat has been tested lby the wonderful testers in my group, Sarah Jane’s Coffee and Crochet and tech edited by the fantastic (and patient) boricuacrochet who can be found here on Ravelry if you are in need of a tech editor.
I am always available via PM or email for comments and questions.
