The body of this jacket is worked in one piece and then seamed together by the underarm sections. It is made using two strands of fingering weight yarn---1 strand is a solid which is kept the same throughout while the other strand is a variegated and changed randomly resulting in a gorgeous tapestry look. This jacket is truly a one-of-a-kind creation…..you just have to let yourself “go” and not be worried about when and where to change the “variegated” strand. To understand better how the jacket is assembled, see the schematic at end of pattern before starting.

NOTE: It has come to our attention that the schematic for this pattern is not included in the Koigu Magazine. Please see left for a photo of schematic.

Yarn used is Koigu ‘KPM’ & ‘KPPPM
